A REMINDER TO MYSELF

Sometimes,
I just want to sing
my heart away.

Sometimes,
I just wish I could waltz
into the light.

When all fail,
I just pray that curtain call
will happen soon.

No, this is not how it should be.

Then I reminded myself.
difficulties are not suppose to
bring me down.

they are here to help me
to achieve better things.
to not fear defeat.

Do not disappoint yourself.
For it is your own choice,

to want to make your everyday soar.
